You get a full refund within 14 days of buying, with no questions asked. Tinymop also has a 7-day free trial, so you can see what it finds before you pay.
How to ask
- Write to support@tinymop.com within 14 days of your purchase.
- Include the email address you bought with, or your order number from the receipt.
That's all. You don't need to explain why, though we're glad to hear it if you'd like to.
What happens next
The refund is made by Polar, who sells Tinymop for us, back to the way you paid. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank. Once refunded, your licence key stops working, and Tinymop goes back to its free features.
